Helping people create meaningful and fulfilling lives
and guiding them through the obstacles that arise on the way.
Hi there! I'm currently training to be a life coach and working towards getting certified by the International Coaching Federation. In order to be certified, I have to fulfill a certain amount of coaching hours and so I am currently looking for 6 clients that I can work with.
Would you or someone you know be interested in being one of them?
To get started, schedule an introductory call and we can see if working together makes sense!
FAQs
What's the cost?
Since I am still in training, I will be offering coaching for a token fee of $25/session. The token fee is meant as a sign of commitment from the client to the coaching process and will also help fulfill part of the certification requirements.
Why would someone consider working with a coach?
In general, people seek out coaching because they want something to be different in their life. They have questions and thoughts such as:
I'm in the middle of a transition, how do I navigate this in-between space? How do I feel more satisfied with my job?Should I leave my job?I want to start something new but I'm not sure how to go about it. I feel defeated every time I think about it.There's nothing wrong with my life but I feel generally unhappy and unsatisfied. How do I get out of this rut?I feel like something is missing in my life, but I don't know what it is?How do I feel more confident?
Where are you in life currently and where are you going? Do you know the answers to those questions and if you do, do you like the answers?
People come to coaching because they want to struggle less, feel more fulfilled and very often, though it might be hard to articulate, they want to figure out how to live a life true to themselves. If you don't know the answers to the previous questions or if you don't like the answers, then maybe we can work together to craft a better way forward.
As a coach, my work is to empower my clients to find their own authentic answers to life's obstacles while I guide and support them along the way.
What's the time commitment?
Once a client and I decide to work together, we will meet for 10 sessions.
The first session will be a discovery session lasting between 60-90 minutes. The nine follow-up sessions will be 60 minutes each.
I'm also open to working with people on shorter engagements of 1-2 sessions each. We can see what's appropriate during the introductory/chemistry meeting.
I'm interested, what's next?
Great! The next step would be to book a 20 minutes intro meeting. During the intro meeting, I can answer any additional questions you might have and we can see if it makes sense for us to work together.
